This is a The Trashmen - Surfin' Bird mono LP put out  by Garrett Records of Minneapolis Minnesota in 1964,LPGS-200.I am not a fan of the goldmine record grading scale many use.I use a 10 scale.On a 10 scale the vinyl is an 8.25.Since this record is a big deal I'll try to describe the vinyl.Side 1 is an 8.25 & maybe an 8.5 by end.It has 2 or 3 clicks per song generally.Side 2 is on low side of 8.5 from beginning to end.It has 1 or 2 clicks per song.Both sides have a shade above minor noise at run in,both sides have a small bit of surface noise underneath songs and both sides have minor noise between songs.This is about as close as it gets before I call a record clicky.Some of you might call this clicky.I am not downgrading it for minor noise at run in.Minor noise means maybe a quick light scuff sound that you will find on even new records.No noise in theory means it sounds as clean as a CD at run in and that is way rare if at all.If I were to say no noise at run in it would mean it sounds as clean as a vinyl record can sound,but you would know a CD is more clean just by the nature of being digital.Enough of that.The jacket is a low 8.5 primarily because the front cover is strong.It has tape at three corners,spine wear,edge wear,no ring wear and some dinge/browning at lower front jacket/back record opening/lower back jacket. This is one of those iconic Surf/Garage LPs that will always be great.The song Surfin' Bird is about as good as it gets,upchuck noises are forever.Their version of Misirlou is a killer and the rest is equally great Surf/HotRod/Garage/Frat Rock/R&B stuff.The ruling songs are: Surfin' Bird,Misirlou,Money,Tube City,Kuk,It's So easy,King of the Surf,Henrietta,Malaguena,My Woodie,Bird Bath and The Sleeper................... .. ................ ....... .. .. Let's expand on that since ebay wants a disclaimer now on shipping out of the USA.  You need to know the customs rules of your own country. You have to pay the fees,tariffs,etc if there are any when the item gets to your country. Customs forms have to be accurate as well.  I will send stuff First Class at your risk,your decision.  First Class is untracked and uninsured.Well,it is somewhat trackable as to where/when it leaves the USA,but things can get sketchy when trying to use tracking number in your home country. That means if the package is lost,due to there being no/minimal tracking,it is more or less impossible to find. Even more important is that there is no insurance on it,so if it is lost your refund money is lost. No refund on lost First Class packages. Think hard about shipping Priority. It is more expensive (way more in some cases),but tracked and insured. So,even if the package was lost you get your money back. You have to decide if the risk of First Class is worth the money you save on shipping.That is up to you.   Media Mail in the US is $2.53US Priority is $5.80US. I repeat,First Class is at you own risk.
