Overall Condition is Excellent+ (Visual grading under direct light - unplayed in almost 30 years):
The vinyl is in Excellent condition - a few light surface hairlines under strong light.
The picture sleeve is in Very Good+ to Excellent condition - No split seams. Some small creases along spine, slight corner bends (visible in photos).
The inner picture sleeve AND lyric sheet are both in Excellent+ condition.
