Description
The Velvet Underground 5 LP Box Set VU BOX1
Condition is used. 5 LP's plus booklet.
LP's are the 1st 3 studio albums that were on the Verve record label - 'Velvet Underground & Nico'; 'White Light/White Heat'; 'The Velvet Underground' plus 'VU' - a collection of unreleased tracks; and 'Another View' - collection of unreleased and alternative versions.
Condition of the LP's are Ex/NM
Condition of booklet is NM
Condition of the Box is Poor
Unfortunately, when the box initially split I used celotape to stick it back together. This has caused a yellowing on the split corners (the celotape has since fallen off). The record has been stored for a large number of years in my loft, and this has led to a slight discoloration in the top right corner. I hope the photos show that. Apart from, and despite, the splits the box is still sturdy.
The records, covers and booklet inside are all in excellent condition, in fact they could be near mint. I'm not sure I have even played some of them.
