I don't know how to grade lp's but I do know how to describe what I see and will do so to the best of my ability.  I think the photos do a good job showing what the Album looks like as well. 

The Banana is completely unpeeled and intact.  The Front Cover is in very good shape as is the spine.  Spine has tiny frays on the very top and very bottom and that is all.  The Front cover has NO tears or rips but show a little of it's age in minor fading. The Back side has an approx 2 inch tear in center by spine (see photo) and a slight 1 inch tear on the bottom. Otherwise just slight natural fading. 

Believe it or not there are not only no scratches but this disc looks like it was hardly ever played.  I took a lot of photos until they really showed how good the vinyl looks.  All in all and excellent hard to find version of a true classic.  Any questions, please let me know,  thanks
