Description
This is the printed banana cover version I think I traced it to the 1972 reissue that describes it perfectly. I measured the label after it was mentioned; otherwise I might have missed it. It is obviously smaller than most labels once you look at it. It is V6-5008 on the back cover, V6/5008 on the labels.

After MGM Record Manufacturing Division, Bloomfield, NJ closed in 1971, Shelley Products Ltd. (Huntington Station, Long Island, NY) took over East Coast re-pressings, adding their "Ƨ" to the original MGM-marked parts.

This version has an unusually small blue/silver "T" label, measuring 3.875" diameter. Song credit for 'European Son': "Lou Reed - John Cale - Sterling Morrison - Maureen Tucker". All songs published by "Oakfield Avenue Music Company BMI", except I'm Waiting For The Man "Three Prong Music, Inc. BMI" "MANUFACTURED BY MGM RECORDS, INC., 7165 SUNSET BOULEVARD, HOLLYWOOD, CALIF. 90046" V6-5008 on back cover and spine. V6/5008 on label.
