You are bidding on the very RARE First Pressing Andy Warhol produced Vinyl LP Record, The Velvet Underground & Nico Gatefold, torso Image.
This is the first pressing 1967 vinyl that EVERYONE really wants that has the back cover "Torso Version" image... See below for the breakout on the different versions of this printing on the Verve Record Label.
Gatefold cover with peelable banana sticker on the front- "Peel Slowly & See".  
First pressing with Emerson torso upside version on the back cover. 
I HAVE PLAYED THIS ENTIRE VINYL.  See below for specifics. VINYL - Blue/ silver label.  V/5008 (MG 559)  Vinyl Condition - VG- (there are some basic scuffs and scratches and surface noise visible) I have played the entire album - here are my notes: SIDE A has some basic scuffs and some minor scratches.  This side played with no skips until the very last song near the very very end of the song one of few turns of the record. SIDE B has has scuffs and scratches, the most notable a scratch from the label to the edge at about 1 o'clock on the dial.  The 2nd song on side B at the very end of the song has a skip.
SLEEVE Condition FRONT: The original banana print is intact and still stuck to the sleeve.  The tip of the peel IS missing.  Additionally, near the end of the banana, part of the sticker has folded over a tiny bit as seen in the photo.  The very end of the of the banana label is not stuck, about 1" of it and you can look under and see a very tiny part of the "Pink" banana below the label.  The Andy Warhol title printed on the sleeve.  The sleeve has some wear and slight ring rub on the front top and bottom, and basic wear including slight discoloration mainly on the front lower right.   SLEEVE Condition BACK: Emerson TORSO version.  V-5008 in the lower left.  Slight ring rub on the bottom.  Both sides still have some sheen.  The Torso image is clearly visible on the back.   SLEEVE Condition INSIDE GATEFOLD: Basic wear but most notably in the top right, there is ink pen writing; appears to be a name "Bill Scharp" (maybe) SLEEVE Condition Spine - Spine is in good condition.  The area of the sleeve where the sleeve opens and stores the record, there is a slight tear in the sleeve, about 3", above the ink hand writing, as seen in the photo.
Original Inner Sleeve is INCLUDED - one side of the inner sleeve is torn.
NOW, most people are buying this album because  A) it is an ANDY WARHOL original B) The Banana has not been peeled C) This is a FIRST Pressing Vinyl - the Torso Back Cover everyone wants! D) It is more than JUST the quality of the music on the vinyl, whether it is some basic audio surface noise- it is more about having one of the rare 1st pressings with the sleeve

The Below is taken from DISCOGS: There are three versions of the back cover of the original American release:  The first version has an image of actor Eric Emerson projected upside-down on the wall behind the band. (THIS IS THAT VERSION) On the second version, the actor's image is covered by a large black sticker.  On the third version, the actor's image is airbrushed out.
