Description
This is an original mono pressing of The Velvet Underground & Nico on the Verve label. This copy does have the torso photo on the back. It feels weird to part with this, but I just don’t listen to it anymore so I feel like it would be better off in the hands of someone who would appreciate it more. The cover has some writing and wear from age, but no seam splits. It looks like the top of the banana was peeled at some point and reapplied. The vinyl itself has some light marks from age, which I pictured, but nothing deep. I haven’t played this in years, but I remember it sounding overall pretty well. It didn’t sound like it had been played very much, but the light marks just created some surface noise which is normal with an old record. One side on the label does have a name written.
Overall, this is not a perfect condition original copy but this is a great collectors’ item to have for a fan.
