NOTE FROM SELLER:

 Cover: Genuine 1967 banana peel cover with Andy Warhol’s “Peel Slowly and See” sticker intact. This copy has the post-lawsuit “non-torso” back cover (the torso of actor Eric Emerson was airbrushed/removed after legal threats). This is still an authentic 1967 pressing, not a later reissue, just the second variation of the original cover.
Labels: Blue Verve “T” labels with MGM Records, 7165 Sunset Blvd. Hollywood, CA address (West Coast pressing). Both Andy Warhol and Tom Wilson credited as producers.
Runouts: Side 1 – V6-5008 SIDE-1 MGS-558-REV / Side 2 – V6-5008 SIDE-2 MGS-559. These match the earliest 1967 stereo matrices.
Highly desirable early pressing of one of the most important and influential albums in rock history. A true first pressing with peelable banana sticker and 1967 matrices, in the rarer West Coast “non-torso” variation. Serious collectors only.
