About Us We are a small family run business who buy and sell goods, other than the online platform of Ebay we have shops in Central and the east end of London. We use Royal Mail/Parcel Force to ship our items and everywhere possible the fastest service available. Lower value items are usually sent second class/ second class signed for, whereas high value items are sent first class signed for or very high value items are sent next day delivery.


Whilst we ALWAYS do our part in dispatching items quickly, at times there are delays within the postal service, please contact us first before raising an issue with Ebay and we will endeavour to rectify any issues.

We Operate a 14 day returns policy, if you have changed your mind, the item doesn't fit after trying on or anything of that sort then the return postage is paid for by the buyer.
If the item arrives and is not fully functioning or as described, in these instances we will provide you with return shipping. But only under these circumstances, should the item be returned under false reasoning, we do appeal the postage and this then becomes your cost to incur.
Personal Hygiene items can not be returned once opened, unless proven faulty.
Sealed items MUST be returned as such, NO refunds will be issued if the seal has been broken, unless proven faulty.
