Description

Selling as Executor of my relative’s Estate.

As a non-specialist, if on purchase you were not happy with my assessment I would do my best to rectify the situation.

This is what my research says;

2YMG 291-1G / 2YMG 292-1G = first UK pressing (1969)

This “1G / 1G” matrix is widely recognised as the earliest cut of The Velvet Underground on MGM in the UK 

Only a few hundred copies were made in total, with 1G being among the very first batch

There are a few marks/tears on the edge of the sleeve.

There is a degree of crackle on the tracks. (Video) - but no skips or jumps. I can’t see any scratches on the vinyl.
