Description
The Verve - Urban Hymns Singles - 4 x 12" in Card Mailer Hut Recordings Catalogue Numbers HUTT82, 88, 92, HUTTX100. Mailer came with the Sonnet 12" with space in the mailer for the 12" singles for Bitter Sweet Symphony, The Drugs Don't Work and Lucky Man. All play at 33rpm.
The vinyl for all 4 singles is in excellent condition. It looks 'as new' and is very, very, clean, having been cleaned recently at Cymbiosis in Rearsby, using a Professional Hannl record cleaner. All 4 singles play at 33rpm and are fantastic pressings with only 2 tracks per side, and sound and play great with hardly any surface noise. Only tiny blemish over 8 sides is a couple of pops in the middle of 'The Crab'.
The records come in individual card sleeves, and all are in fantastic condition, with only one little blemish at the top left corner of the front cover of the Sonnet 12". Please see photo for extreme, extreme, close-up of this, which makes it look far worse and far bigger than it is.
Original card mailer holding the 4 12"s is in great condition with minimal wear. Hopefully the photos will give you an idea about how good everything looks.
The set has been played once back in 1998 and again after cleaning. It has been stored on proper record racks ever since.
It will be well packaged with bubble wrap, in a record mailer, and I can post out Monday to Friday, to UK buyers. This will only be listed for 30 days. Please get in touch if you want any more information/pictures. Thanks for reading.
