*** The Victors ~ "Hurt" b/w "Not Only Girls Know" ~ Original 1967 Phillips Release 40475 ~ VG+++ Super Rare Northern Soul Dancer! ***
Seriously Scarce (I believe this is the first eBay appearance this year) Northern Soul! "Hurt" was the A Side but this is a winner, both sides are Awesome!
Produced by HARTHON Productions - Considered by many fans of the genre to be one of the greatest soul sound production teams to grace a studio. Established by Weldon A McDougall III who was joined by Luther Randolph (who arranged both tunes on this 45) & Johnny Stiles along with a full arsenal of the finest songwriters, vocalists & musicians Philladelphia had to offer. The result? A legacy of (now classic) high quality Northern Soul 45's that secured Harthon the reputation as the East Coast’s best!
Vinyl Condition: VG+++, Still retains a beautiful gloss - Shows slight surface scuffing/rubbing to some areas of the vinyl and general wear to label.
Play tested with a bit of surface noise which quickly diminished in the first 8-10 seconds or so of play - nothing overpowering the music. No skipping. Overall sounds great! No drill hole.

Packing Methods:
Records are carefully packed in a heavy duty cardboard record mailer with extra cardboard flats and/or bubble wrap for extra protection. Unsealed records will always be removed from the jacket to prevent seam splits and we can do this for any sealed records too upon request.
