We now ship most packages within the United States via USPS Postal Service, Economy or Priority Mail (if offered).  Generally UPS is an offered option. The shipping is listed based on the size and weight. The label is prepared through Ebay shipping so be very sure your address is correctly entered, including any apartment or suite number. The Post Office will return your package it is not correct. Also I will not change the label to something else, it removes your Buyer protection it that is done. 

Should there be a discrepancy of cost verses what you have paid, please contact me and I will recalculate the shipping and adjust the price or you may see a credit in your PayPal account.   The shipping calculator generally  provides the actual shipping charges to your location.   If you need to purchase a faster shipping method or need to combine shipping, please contact me prior to paying for your item. 

If you would prefer FedEx, please contact me I will adjust the listing to reflect FedEx as an option.  Local pick up is always an option please contact me prior to paying so it can be adjusted or the shipping can be credited back. I do combine multiple purchases with advanced notice, please email me for a quote. Some items like teapots don't ship well together, please contact me for other possible discounts that maybe offered.

International shipping costs are determined by eBay's Global Ship.  If your country is listed, then I ship to you.  Depending on the item I may be able to ship to you directly, please contact me and I will check the item and your countries restrictions. NOTE: If Global Ship does ship to your country then I will be using them. If shipping is done through Global Ship, I don't have access to you shipping costs, import charges or fees.  You can see that in shipping costs in the listing. 
 
Depending on the time of year delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days to reach most destinations inside the United States. Delivery days and times are not guaranteed, but tracking information will be provided via our automated email system as soon as your package is ready to ship.  The email address used for shipment notification is the one used on your PayPal Payment Notification.
 
Please note that we typically ship all orders within 1 business day after you complete the transaction.  Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to Ebay when your shipment is processed.  You can check Ebay under your purchases to obtain the tracking number and track your package.
 
Every item is carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment to you. Expensive items or delicate items can be insured upon request, please contact me for the additional cost.

We do accept returns with 15% restocking fee. You will need to pay for return shipping, please notify me with 24 hours of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as shipped- with tag attached (if applicable), unopened, unused, and undamaged.
