Description
Rare Reggae LP "Catch A Fire" by The Wailers. ILPS 9241
We have used the Record Collectors Grading System as our starting point to grade this item.
Album Cover VG Record EX
Matrix Numbers stamped on Run Out at end of tracks :
A Side : STERLING BML 2001 A 3U ILPS 9241 A-3U
B Side : STERLING BML 2001 B 4U ILPS 9241 B-4U
Cover The cover has the original rivet and the hinge is still intact and works well. There is some lifting to the inside cardboard of the cover where the hinged lid has been closed. This is not visible from the outside, does not detract and does not restrict closing of the Zippo lid. There is some minor lifting to the corners, minor creasing to the spine (but still legible) and minor scratches to the surface. The cover shows only the Island Records logo, not its address. Record There are no apparent scratches, no audible crackling hiss or sticking and plays excellently. Label There is a pink rim label with no apparent writing or wear. Inner Sleeve Folding to all corners.
