OUTBURST!
The Wailers, often credited as The Fabulous Wailers, were an American rock band from Tacoma, Washington.
 They became popular around the United States Pacific Northwest around the late 1950s and the start of the 1960s, performing saxophone-driven R&B and Chuck Berry rock and roll.
Their biggest hit was "Tall Cool One", first released in 1959, and they have been credited as being "one of the very first, if not the first, of the American garage bands."

Cover:  Very sturdy but a little edge wear on the open side and small corner bumps. Mostly covered in shrink wrap. (see pics.) Vinyl: EX+   Labels: N Mint Inner sleeve: Original plain white sleeve.

Record Grading
SS  Still Sealed - In factory-fresh condition    N Mint -  Open but un played.  
EX Excellent - Close to like new with only superficial signs of use that dont affect play.  
 VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy.   There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
  Fair - Significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.

 From here on down is Poor. We're talking about beat-up but rare records.
