I'm not a record dealer or collector but I have acquired a large collection of LPs and 45s and will be listing them in the next few weeks. Since I am not a collector, I don't feel overly confident in grading them to a collector's standard. However, I will do my best to describe what I see accurately and if you have any specific questions please message me and I will get back with you as soon as I can. This album appears to be in Very Good shape. The record itself shows very little wear, the only noticeable thing is that on Side 2 there are some initials written in a red pen, which you can see from the picture I provided. These same initials are written again on the front cover over the sleeve. The sleeve is in Good condition, not great. Other than the initials, there are a few areas where it is kind of chipping, and there is one small split on the bottom of the sleeve.
