CONDITION:
RECORD: VG as plays with some wow and flutter (using my relatively unforgiving ortofon concord eliptical stylus) but with nice shiny orginal (ie undoctored!) surfaces.
Side 2 has very few marks. Side has 1 scuff on track 1 through to 3 and lightly into 4 and one from 1 to 2, but they are only surface scuffs and have little or no effect. There is a similar scuff which goes right the way across the playing surface and again has little or no effect (stops at the start of lead out section of groove so misses label). This largely due to the heavyweight vinyl, deep grooved pressing that this is but it does play much better than it looks! Run Run Run (Side 1 track 1 does have a mark which makes a tick towards its end, and again sounds better than it looks plus its a nice loud track!. It still retains a shine and has very few spindle marks. I would suspect that this record would benefit from a clean on a Clear Audio, Oki Nokki or Moth machine to clean deep into its grooves and vacuum any dirt away since looking at the playing surface and lack of spindle marks cannot see a reason for wow and flutter, nor can I see how the marks got there, but luckily they are right on the top surface of the vinyl not where the needle is doing its work.
SLEEVE: VG+ Laminated Front and rear with two rear spine bubbles and light creasing (on spines and opening for record removal). Very light scuffing/ringwear the light hits at certain angles. Its better than most of these I've seen, since this LP seems to suffer badly from creasing etc…
