Description

An original 1st press of AQO on the UK Reaction label from 1966. Matrix A2/B2. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original Ernest J Day printed mono cover.
Vinyl (Ex+) In super condition and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are pretty much silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity.  A beautiful player and I'm having a difficult time finding fault! A very clean player in the low-key sections and lots of power and energy in the more complex passages. Interference is largely absent. I'll do my usual catch-all..you might detect a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments per side. As good a rendition as I've witnessed and I think it would be a hard task just equally the standard offered by this example, let alone bettering it.
Cover (Ex-) In great shape and has been looked after down the years. Lovely clean and shiny front with a good few creases over toward the opening. The rear is better with just a touch of laminate lift down in the bottom right corner. Edge wear is very light and the spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
