Description
The Who - Live At Leeds (1970) Track Records (2406 001) UK 1st Press with Black Stamp Vinyl LP complete with all 12 inserts.
Pete Townsend famously stated that the Live at Leeds concert was the best document of the band in full flight and this is a beautiful original example of that live recording, complete with all 12 inserts including the all important poster which is Mint, as new condition. Apart from one insert which has a small tear, they are all in Excellent to Mint condition.
The gatefold sleeve is in Excellent condition with only slight wear and a few light creases, the reverse is almost flawless. This is a strong and very clean example of this iconic sleeve. The original British patent poly-lined inner sleeve is also in Excellent condition, fully intact with no splits but there is some staining present.
The vinyl is Excellent with a few light surface marks present on the vinyl but they do not detract from the listening experience. The Track labels are Mint, free of any spindle wear or marks.

The sound quality is superb with all the clarity and warmth only vinyl can provide. This classic album is rarely seen in this condition, a beautiful Who collectable and one of the finest live albums ever recorded.
I grade in accordance with the Rare Record Price Guide 2012. This is in order to avoid gradings such Excellent+ and Near Mint.
