Description

THE WHO - MY GENERATION

extremely rare 1965 UK BRUNSWICK 1st pressing mono LP LAT 8616

Massively rare, especially as nice as this!

Matrix numbers ending: 2B / 1B

VINYL IN EXCELLENT- CONDITION
SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT(-) CONDITION
INNER SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT++ CONDITION

A very nice example of this very rare debut album by the Who, displaying none of the usual problems associated with this often worn-out record. Absolutely no serious wear at all to the vinyl. One noticeable light surface mark to Side 1 and otherwise just a few very light surface marks and the odd light nick/hairline, but truly deserving of its EX- grading, with just occasional light "pops" to note. This is a very nice example. The sleeve, similarly, is uncommonly nice, with one very neat glue-repaired tear to the rear, bottom-left corner and a solitary pinhole to one corner (see photos below) but none of the usual problems, no graffiti, tape stains, splits or heavy creasing. Do not underestimate the rarity of this record, in this condition. This will be a great addition to your collection!

A very neat, glue-repaired tear, restoring the sleeve to full strength.

a solitary pinhole. Otherwise no issues to report, this is one of the nicer examples of this usually problematic sleeve!
