Description

The Who My Generation 1st Press Mono UK 1965 Brunswick LAT 8616 

Vinyl: VG+ vinyl has scuffs and hairlines (more noticeable when held in light).  Nothing deep.  Play tested - light surface rustle between tracks, music sounds great! A very faint surface rustle barely comes through on track A2 (nothing loud at all, very light here or there). No pops, skips, etc.  A very solid copy of a rare 1st press!

Jacket: VG+ very light shelf wear (faint creasing near bottom corners) and some light aging to back of jacket (couple very light spots - see pictures).  No writing, stickers, splits etc.  Seams are VERY strong and the spine looks excellent .  Besides some very light age spots on the back of jacket and extremely faint crease here or there this is an excellent jacket.  On the extremely strong side of VG+.  Awesome copy for a rare original jacket!

Brunswick LAT 8616.  Mono.  Import - UK.  1965.  Matrix run outs : MG-10256-1B / MG-10257-1B.  Small orange sticker on each side of the labels (see pictures). RARE original / 1st press!
