Description

The Who - Fantastic 2005 Classic Records 200 gram Quiex SV-P MONO reissue of the classic 1967 masterpiece by The Who - The Who Sell Out. Purchased new immediately following 2005 release, I purchased this copy new as retail and the original perforated outer packaging bag with UPC sticker affixed remain intact save and except the bit at the perforated opening. Note that UPC on back cover is a sticker affixed to the poly outer sleeve, and that UPC sticker is not affixed to the actual LP cover. Original Classic Records packaging bag, hype sticker, contest entry card, and UPC retail sticker are all here in Near Mint condition. This MONO Classic Records reissue also contains a beautiful replica of the Osiris poster packaged with a few copies of the 1967 UK original. For the most part, almost all reissues of The Who Sell Out are poorer quality in terms of both sound and packaging. This version, remastered by Chris Bellman, sounds truly remarkable. See photos. This copy has had one play only and is sourced from the single owner. Note bottom corners have slight bumping. While there are no spindle marks apparent on the LP labels, there is a small rub mark on one of the labels, all as illustrated by the photos above.
