KROME PLATED YABBY (EP)

(Festival  FX11422) (RELEASED 1968)

 

Rare Australian EP issued by one of the great Garage/Psych combos whom released 5 singles during their tenure from 1967 through to 1971. This EP contains their first two A & B sides, which were both groundbreaking and influential on the Aussie rock scene of the late 60’s. Featuring the late, great, legendary guitar hero Lobby Loyde, these tracks have stood the test of time, and are fine examples of gritty Australian garage/psych. Lobby also wrote the four tracks (under his actual name, John Baslington Lyde)


Cover = EX- (Laminated cover with slight creasing on the front right cover. Minor dink on front as well. Price written on reverse and slight wear on cover flaps)

 

Record = VG/VG+ (Hairlines and numerous marks evident. Slight crackling at start of first side and in quiet spots . Second side has a little more crackle . Overall plays well and no loud or grating scratches)


Yellow Festival labels in excellent condition, but writing on both sides of label.
