Description
the Vinyl is VISUALLY Graded ONLY: both sides (all sides) of both discs
look VG++ to Near-Mint;
Vinyl looks VERY clean, with little to no signs of play; Clean labels: regular release label has only one
light spindle mark on each side, and the
cool Test-pressing label has only a few on each side; Test press label has handwritten matrix numbers and catalog numbers, plus the title is also written on one side, see photos;
Corners of the plain poly lined sleeve
also have this info hand-written in the corners, see photos.
Commercial pressing comes with the
cool Decca poly-lined sleeve as well; this is a "fake stero" release: "Mono Recording Electronically Reprocessed
to give Stereo effect on Stereo Recordings" is printed
Both vinyl pressings are exactly the same except for the labels:
SPA 59 and the matrix numbers on the labels (and machine-stamped in the dead-wax) are the same:
ZAL 9453.P- I W b/w
ZAL 9454.P- I W (the "IW" suffix is neatly etched on these numbers, the rest of the characters are machine-stamped as noted)
The jacket is in VG+ condition, with fully unglued seams but no damage to the actual edges of the jacket: the winning bidder can re-glue these in their preferred manner.
Jacket has light creasing, moderate compression, very faint / barely visible shelf-wear on the front, and light ring-wear that's slightly visible on the matte-surface back side. Stereo / Mono hole is clean and round, see photo - this is considered to be the STEREO release of course.
There is no writing and no sticker-residue, no stickers,
no damage to the jacket, which still has a nice,
mostly glossy and shiny cover.
This will be shipped with the both vinyl discs separated,
and with extra filler pads, to provide maximum protection during shipping.
