The Yardbirds - For Your Love LP - 1965 EPIC - LN24167 - Classic British Invasion/ Beck
MONO
Here's a great copy of this classic LP from The Yardbirds, Jeff Beck-era. Cover is VG+. In excellent shape for its age and the fact that rock record enthusiasts of the era were not noted for exemplary album care. No gatefold for seeds, but, you know what I mean. Slight wear here and there, one bent corner (pictured). The odd wrinkle. Some minimal foxing and discoloration on back lower area. Again, see pictures and ask questions if you want. If you want a pristine, mint version, keep looking. If you want a nice copy that plays great, here you go! It's For Your Love!
The actual vinyl is sweet. Nice 'n shiny. The expected smattering of friendly surface scratches but NO deal-breakers. I'm not hearing many pops, etc., as I'm reviewing. Skips? None discovered. This record is better than usual and that's the only reason I'm offering it and not wasting your time.
If you search the crates regularly, like me, you'll know that this is not one you encounter with any regularity. I've dug for years and this is the ONE copy I've stumbled upon.
This was The Yardbirds debut US album. You'll hear US-only tracks and Yardbirds singles ut together by producer, Giorgio Gomelsky.
Three Jeff Beck tracks are included. The rest feature Eric Clapton and were recorded prior to his departure from the group.
