You are looking at an auction for the Yardbirds Capitol 6000 series mono edition Canadian release
I am currently auctioning five of the toughest to find Yardbirds releases and this is a great way to start your Yardbirds collection .
Over Under sideways down the Yardbirds Capitol T6202 mono
This is the Yardbirds lp to won.Simply put, it is the best sounding of any of the international releases..if you have only heard the Brit. version Roger the engineer , or the U.S.A. release then this Canadain mono version will blow you away..Not a faux stereo sound but true glorious mono where you will hear Jeff Beck guitar parts unheard on any of the other releases I mentioned..Especially in the song Hot House of Omagararshid..
This lp also contains the hit song Shapes of Things instead of Jeff`s Boogie.
As a Yardbirds fan since 1965 this lp still remains on my must play list each and every week..a true and rare collectible from rock history..just look at the cool cover shot..Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page.
No tape..no split seams..opening side shows wear cover ver clean no writing except one tiny piece of tape ,upper left corner on back of jacket.
One side one of the disc there is a scratch on the first track however , I have played this and there is no skip.This record is awesome.
I have played all five of the yardbirds lp I`m selling and they all play very well..NO skips...I am playing them on a technics turntable
with the weight at 2 on the arm..
of course there is some surface noise but again no skips..great great sounds...
