Description

A brand new, never played copy of "Shapes of Things", a U.K. import 8-album box set of The Yardbirds, which also contains a 36-page 12" x 12" B&W booklet with the history of the band. Photos #3- #10 show the front & backs of all 8 LP's with song titles, including a couple of rarities, like the one with Sonny Boy Williamson & the last one, which has a bunch of rare tracks & out-takes. Jackets are original reproductions & are made from recycled cardboard, but have no inner sleeve. Photo #11 shows the box open with the book on top & this box has a black ribbon to help remove the LP's. The last photo shows the book open & one of the LP's to show the label-they're all the same except for the first LP (the yellow one) which is on Fame Records, all the others are on Charly Records, a noted re-issue label.  The box is in primo shape, no rips or dented corners or even color loss & is textured with embossed silver printing. A very nice collection of songs from one of the most influential bands of the British Invasion. Priced at around $14.00 per disc.
