The Young Monkey Man on P&M 3648 "I Love You"
and "I'm Waiting For The Letter" Record is in VG++ condition.
Very rare and excellent garage double-sider. The band was
from Trenton, NJ and the "A" side was featured on the long
out of print garage compilation LP "Attack Of The Jersey Teens"

GRADING OF RECORDS
MINT – record looks new and perfect looking. Not many records make this grade.
NEAR MINT – record is ‘like new” very clean with only possibly the most minor and superficial of marks.
VG++ record has only very minor surface marks and wear and is in excellent condition.
VG+ record shows some surface marks but the record is still in relatively good shape. no feel-able scratches
VG record shows a fair amount of wear. may have feel-able scratches
G record shows excessive wear.
