60's Vinyl often plays above its visual grade.
Atlantic 8148, “Groovin’”, by the Young Rascals, was issued in 1967. The record is VG+. The green and blue labels are flawless. The cover has wear on the corners. Very slight ring wear. No cut-outs. 11” X 15” sheet of photographs is included. (15)
Atlantic 8169, “Once Upon A Dream”, by the Rascals, was issued in 1968. The record is VG+. The purple and brown labels are flawless. These labels are rare in that these are the colors used for mono issues, but stereo is printed on them. The gatefold cover has wear on the corners. Crease line and very slight ring wear on the back. Inside gatefold is excellent. No cut-outs. (12.5)
Atlantic 8190, “Time Piece-Rascal’s Greatest Hits”, was issued in 1968. This is a 1969 reissue with red and green labels. The record is NM-/VG+. The labels are flawless. The unipak cover has wear on the corners and edges. Inside cover is partially unglued and could be carefully re-glued. Small crease in the upper RH-corner. Crease lines along edges. Slight ring wear. Inside cover is excellent. No cut-outs. (6)
Atlantic 8246, “See”, by the Rascals, was issued in 1969. The record is NM-. The labels are flawless. The cover has wear on the corners. Slight ring wear. Crease lines along edges. Lite sticker residue in the upper RH-corner. No cut-outs. (15)
Atlantic 2-901, “Freedom Suite”, by the Rascals, was issued in 1969. The records are VG/VG+. The labels are flawless. The gatefold cover has above average wear on the corners and edges. Name and sticker residue in the upper RH-corner. Ring wear. Crease lines along edges. Drill-hole in the upper LH-corner. (7.5)
Atlantic 8276, “Search And Nearness”, by the Rascals, was issued in 1971. The record is NM-. There is a name on both labels. The gate fold cover has wear on the corners and edges. Ring wear. Name on front. No cut-outs. (15)
