Goldmine visual grade:
Vinyl: VG
Jacket: VG. There are some small areas around the edges with missing bits of paper, the largest being about 3" along the bottom left, but nothing at the top or bottom right. At the top, middle, and bottom left are similarly damaged areas of about 1 to 1.5 inches in length. The bits where paper are missing are holding together well enough that they're not really conspicuous as splits per se unless you're scrutinizing the jacket. (please excuse any camera flash glare, especially at the bottom center of the pic)
