The legendary Cyril Davies & Alexis Korner LP (Folklore FLEUT9 Mono 1970 UK) EX+/EX+
On Folklore (Cat: FLEUT9) UK Mono vinyl LP 1970, with Alexis Korner’s Breakdown Group and the Roundhouse Jug Four. Recorded at Soho’s Roundhouse pub in 1957, and Kenton Middlesex 1961.
The record sound quality is great with only four clicks heard on the whole album during play-grading. Hence the record gets a very strong EXCELLENT PLUS (almost top quality). The cover is also in great condition with few blemishes, and it gets an EXCELLENT PLUS rating. See my descriptions below.
The record labels are clean with no stickers or writing. The playing surfaces showed up no problems from visual inspection. The record was play graded and plays almost like new – just four clicks heard on the whole album, and no background noise and no jumps. Record is graded EXCELLENT PLUS.
The cover is laminated front and rear. There is very little in the way of blemishes to write about – just an impression of the disc on the front, and one corner crease near the upper open edge (approx. 1.5-inches). The rear of the cover has a very light impression of the disc. The spine and edges have no noticeable wear marks. All round, a clean sharp-edged cover easily graded EXCELLENT PLUS.

PACKAGING: This item will be protected inside a strong thick card pro-mailer. Records are placed in a new white polythene-lined inner sleeve, and packed separately from the record company cover to avoid splitting the seam. The record(s) and cover are then placed in a pvc sleeve for extra protection.
