Original white/blue label.
RLP 12-23 etched in wax.
JACKET: G, bumped corners and split seams; but otherwise intact with no writing whatsoever (see photos)
VINYL: VG-VG+, very clean record. Play tested in it's entirety with ZERO issues. Both label sides are mint.
