Thelonious Monk             Five By Monk By Five   stereo    Riverside RLP 12-305      Black label deep groove 553 W 51st St on back

 The record looks and plays VG+. Plays mostly quiet with occasional, not frequent tick.  Superficial scuffing on both sides but no scratches.  Grooves show some play but do not show wear or damage.

 The cover is VG+.  

    The front cover has moderate overall wear with some heavy ring wear at the bottom. There's some denting and minor ripping of the slick about halfway down the pocket.   The corners are slightly dented with wear spots. The back cover has fading and moderate wear.  No split seams.   Spine has some wear but is mostly readable.

Black lines that might be visible at bottom left and top right in pictures are due to photo cropping and not on record.
