Description

This is Riverside Records RLP 12-279, Thelonious Monk Misterioso, a blue reel, deep groove, small label, original mono issue of this classic live quartet featuring Johnny Griffin. The record is in VG++ condition showing a few light marks that barely keep it from being near mint,and playing quietly throughout. The cover has a hole punch and a name in pen on the back but is excellent and intact. The labels have a hole punch as well, but are otherwise excellent and show only light spindle marks. This would make an excellent collector's grade copy of this rare original issue. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.  Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple orders. Thanks for looking.
