Riverside Records, Mono LP, Cat. No 12-323, "Deep Groove", blue label.
Record has been professionally cleaned and play-graded.
Record  (VG+) :  Record play clean and rather nicely. Disc presents great luster and original shine and brilliance but has a few stray mars. Label has some spindle trail mars showing moderate play. Very nice copy overall with some visual imperfections that are largely if not entirely negligible with respect to play quality. 
Cover    (NM)      No material imperfections to speak of with respect to the cover: well preserved cover in original factory shrink wrap, solid spine, firm seams, great shape overall.
