Terms of sale:

By bidding on, or purchasing this item you agree to the terms of sale listed here and also eBay’s terms and conditions as well.

Grading:

All items are graded by sight alone. There is no guarantee that they play. I grade simply on scratches or other visible damage to the record and cover. Most of my records will be marked G for good and G+ for good plus though most will be in better shape than that. If there are visible scratches then it will be marked as such.

Payment:

Payment is required via PayPal within 3 days of auction close, unless previously discussed otherwise. If payment is not received in this time, you will be reported to ebay and the item will be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted.

Shipping:

Economy shipping is free unless otherwise noted in the auction. If you want a faster shipping method then please select it at check out. ALL shipments require insurance and delivery confirmation. I ship within 1 business day (monday-friday) and occasionally ship on Saturdays, so please keep this in mind when bidding. Nothing will be shipped on Sundays and holidays. I do offer combined shipping so please keep that in mind also when bidding. Since I am making NO money on shipping, I ship in recycled and free packaging (USPS boxes). If you would like a different type of packaging please select a paid shipping method, and know that it will delay your shipment while I try to accommodate you.

Returns:

Returns are not accepted unless otherwise noted in the auction. Please notify me within 3 days of receipt with any problems.  If an item arrives damaged please let me know and I will take up a claim with the USPS and work out a refund for you. Please note: pictures will be required. Also note that ANY full refund requests require the item to be returned at buyers’ expense (not including fully damaged in transit items) per ebay.

Questions:

Please contact me with ANY questions that you have. I strive for complete buyer satisfaction so please contact me before leaving any negative feedback. Also please remember that feedback builds trust so please remember to leave it.

FYI: The negative feedback left is completely false,as you can see by my other feedback. I am working with ebay to get it removed. I have over 10,000 records I am getting rid of for an estate, therefore, seller remorse is BS. Thank you to my loyal customers!

More pictures are available upon request. Please just send me a request and I will do my best to upload them within 24 - 48 hours.
