Condition: (I grade very conservatively.   Near Mint means like new.  Anything else is

                  VG++ or below.) 

            Vinyl: VG+  light marks throughout visible under bright light but generally very clean, retaining most of its original luster and gloss, a couple light spindle marks on each side

            Jacket: VG++  This cover is in amazing shape.  Minor corner wear, a staple on the back, the very beginnings of ring wear on front and minor yellowing of white back cover, otherwise extremely glossy and retains all of its original firmness

 

 

Description: This is a beautiful copy of this 1959 release. I had to give it a VG+ because of the light marks throughout, but it looks great and I am sure it plays well also.  This record is actually a reissue of the original 10” recording with Sonny Rollins and others recorded by Van Gelder.
