Them  "featuring Here Comes The Night"

This is an original US vinyl pressing on Parrot PA 61005  from 1965.    This is the Mono pressing of their first album.     It has the rarest cover variation with "Them" on the front at top left and a white sticker that says " and GLORIA" above 'Here Comes The Night' at top right.

This was the first and best album by Them, with Van Morrison on vocals.   They were from Scotland and were part of The British Invasion.    This is a 'must have' classic early Beat album, which is very hard to find in great condition.      And this one IS in great condition !!      It has their huge hits "Gloria", "Here Comes The Night", and "Mystic Eyes".

The songs are : Here Comes The Night, Mystic Eyes, Don't Look Back, Little Girl, One Two Brown Eyes, Gloria, One More Time, If You And I Could Be As Two, I Like It Like That, I'm Gonna Dress In Black, Route 66, and Go On Home Baby.    

Overall Condition is : Cover is M- /  Record is VG+

The cover is Mint minus with no ring wear and no seam splits.   There is a tiny "K" written on the back cover at bottom left.   The vinyl looks near mint and it plays VG+.     There a few light handling marks, but no scratches or scuffs.    It plays great with light static between songs.    The labels are clean with lots of light spindle marks.  The record comes in a London inner sleeve.

I started collecting records in 1966.     I started selling in Goldmine in 1985.      I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.       And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.  

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.   ( Even the postmen comment on how strong this cardboard is ! )       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides. 

Postage :  Weight : 1 pound 5 ounces

You have to pay for the postage.     I pre-weigh every record, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges.   There are no handling charges.     This record will weigh 21 ounces ( 1 pound, 5 ounces ) when ready to ship.   US bidders can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail.    All US winners will get shipping through Paypal and an automatic email with the tracking number.      Overseas winners will get shipping by First Class Mail International.    You will get an automatic email with the customs/tracking number.     I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday)   I will combine shipping if you win more than one record.      If you do win more than one record, please wait for me to send you an invoice for all of your records in one package.
