Theodore ' "Tears From A Glass Eye"

This album was recorded May 21, 1955 at midnight at Carnegie Hall. This record is listed as the rarest comedy album. Theodore is described on the cover as "entertainment of sinister & disconcerting humor!" Many accolades and quotes from reviews by Billboard and other major news publications are printed on the reverse side of the cover. "Theodore" later appeared on Johnny Carson and other shows.

The album cover is in Excellent Condition, no seam splits. On the very edge of the inside of the cover is stamped "Sample." The record is in Excellent + Condition and has the original inner sleeve.

This album is listed in collectors guides for $125.00 to $200.00. Right now I no longer need to own it but wish to sell it so here is your chance to own this classic comedy LP!

VG is “Very Good,” this means the record has been played, maybe even stored in a stack or records and has minor surface wear but has a good sheen on the vinyl and plays well with minimal surface pops or noise. The label is in near perfect condition unless specifically noted.

 

VG+ Is better than VG

 

Excellent is close to Mint but has been played and may look Mint.

 

Mint is a record that has never been played and or shows absolutely no visible or audio sign of ever having a needle in the groove.

 

I do not list any records that are not at least a VG grade according to this grading method. I do understand that many collectors have different opinions regarding how records are graded according to condition. This can be a subjective art.
