1976 UK 1Y 2Y 1st Press copy of Thin Lizzy - Johnny The Fox.- a rock classic album which includes the title track plus Don't Believe A Word - see photos for full track listing. This is in hard to find Excellent condition.
Released on the Vertigo Spaceship label 9102 012, this is a powerhouse of an album that rocks gloriously to the very last groove.....
The record has been ultrasonically cleaned in our amazing Degritter & has come up spotlessly clean with a lovely glossy lustre. There are a couple of trace lines on Side 1, and a couple of wispy paper marks, nothing remotely feelable. Clean labels and spindle holes - graded EX.

Playback is warm, analogue and wide with great detail and depth. A blistering & heavyweight rock sound with top stereo separation and deep bass - every instrument can be heard clearly in its own space with Phil's unmistakeable vocals central in the soundstage. 
It plays through beautifully with no jumping or sticking. Some very low background noise/crackle in a few isolated places, typical of vintage vinyl, definitely no spoiler.
The outer sleeve is solid, smooth & clean with light wear to edges, a few creases & light handling marks to rear.  Lovely readable spine.   Age related corner rubbing & very faint ringwear visible.
No writing, splits, stains, tears or tape.

The original printed card inner sleeve is present - we have added an anti static liner to keep the record pristine after cleaning - you will receive this also.
A super copy of a wonderful album, fully cleaned & tested, ready to pop straight onto your turntable & enjoy for years to come.
*** The record will be sent separated out in a clear archival outer sleeve to prevent transit splits***
