Description

Thin Lizzy – Live And Dangerous 2xLP 1978 VG+ Warner 2BS 3213 Phil Lynott Vinyl

CVNH Catalog Number: LIZZY78LIVE

Live and Dangerous (1978) isn’t just a live album — it’s a battle-tested greatest hits on stage, recorded at the height of Thin Lizzy’s power. With Phil Lynott’s magnetic presence, twin guitars from Scott Gorham and Brian Robertson, and Tony Visconti behind the boards, this double LP captures every sweat-soaked riff and swaggering vocal in full force.

Track Highlights

  • Jailbreak, The Boys Are Back in Town, Cowboy Song – Live staples, all here

  • Still In Love With You – Soaring and soulful at nearly 8 minutes

  • Rosalie / Cowgirl’s Song – Bob Seger meets Lizzy groove

  • Are You Ready, The Rocker, Massacre – Fast, loud, and full of Irish fire

Condition

  • Vinyl: VG+ – Four sides, all clean with light visual wear, plays excellent

  • Gatefold Jacket: VG+ – Minor shelfwear, spine solid, no splits

  • Includes fresh audiophile sleeves and clear outer sleeve for protection

Why It Matters

  • Essential for fans of hard rock, classic rock, and ’70s live albums

  • Produced by Tony Visconti (Bowie, T. Rex)

  • Captures Lizzy’s live energy better than any studio release

Shipping – White Glove Handling

  1. Both records removed from jacket and sleeved separately

  2. Crystal-clear outer sleeve included

  3. Packed in a rigid, double-LP mailer with ample padding

This one ships like it’s gold — because it is.
