This item is the old, maybe original, UK stereo vinyl pressing of “Shades Of A Blue Orphanage” by newly-coined Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame candidates, Thin Lizzy, that was released in 1972 on Decca Records (TXS 108). Inside the gatefold is a large band photo with credits and lyrics.


Condition Notes

VINYL: MINT. Looks un-played with many thanks to the soft anti-static liner in the sleeve!

JACKET: Still has that new sheen but there is a spine ding, a small tear at the bottom right of the opening, two left corners show wear and the two right corners have a tiny ding. And there is a sticker on the cover from the importer of the era in which I purchased this. The gatefold is semi-tight as it was never fully extended.

SLEEVE: This Decca-branded anti-static plastic-lined sleeve has ambered from Father Time and has handling wrinkles/creases. No splits!
