This Is John Wallowitch - Andy Warhol cover - NEAR MINT LP 1964 Serenus SEP-2005.


This is the rare 1964 LP whose front cover art is a photo collage by Andy Warhol. John Wallowitch was the brother of Edward Wallowitch (one of Andy Warhol's friends) and Anna Mae Wallowitch (an Andy Warhol model and Warhol's one-time agent). This is reported to be Warhol's first album cover design to feature photography as the medium - in this case, a collage of cropped photo-booth portraits.
