7-inch single released in a 12-inch cover, sealed on all four sides (the opening of the sleeve was sealed with a piece of double-sided pink tape). Also included is a TISM fact sheet.

I bought this when it came out in 1986 - I opened the cover very carefully. Cover and vinyl are in excellent/near mint condition.

 

I am starting to sell my record collection, which has been in safe storage for a couple of decades. My collection is mostly Punk, New Wave, Soundtracks and obscure, so make sure you save me as a seller. Overall, the condition of my records is excellent, no scratches, rarely played and good covers.
