Description

I purchased 129 Edison records at an estate sale a few years ago.  This is the last of the bunch.  This record is a recording made by Thomas A. Edison himself.  It is titled "Let Us Not Forget - A Message to the American People".  There isn't a record number but the etched numbers are 6540-A-46-38.  The other side is by the New York Military Band and titled "National Airs of the Allies".  I wish this record was in better condition but it is what it is.  There is water damage expansion to the edge of half of the Edison side.  One spot goes up next to the grooves.  I do not know if this will affect play.  There are minor scuffs which should not affect play.  The opposite side has a 2.5 inch edge expansion which just barely does go into the grooves and it also has a nasty scratch that crosses all the grooves.  I tried to get photos the best I could.  Please email any questions.

I just noticed I have the weight of this package at 9-10 pounds.  I left this in by mistake from my other listings.  This will be a 2 pound box if shipped by itself.  I will adjust the shipping charge after auction ends when I send the invoice.  Ebay won't let me change it know.  Thanks.
