THIS IS THE SUPER RARE ORIGINAL UNCENSORED COVER WITH THE FILE FOLDER THAT IS STILL ATTACHED TO THE COVER.
VERY HARD TO FIND WITH THE ORIGINAL COVER BEFORE IT WAS CHANGED TO "BANDAGE" COVER AND WITH THE FILE FOLDER ATTACHED.
THERE IS A SMALL PUNCH HOLE AT THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER OF THE FRONT COVER THAT GOES THROUGH THE GATEFOLD AND ATTACHED FOLDER TO THE REAR COVER.
THE ORIGINAL FILE FOLDER IS STILL ATTACHED TO THE COVER. THE PERFORATION IS SLIGHTLY SEPARATED AT THE TOP(this is typical with this cover).
Up for sale is one(1) Three Dog Night - Hard Labor LP from 1974 on ABC Dunhill Records (#DSD 50168). This is a frist pressing with the Original UNCENSORED COVER. There is No Barcode.PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME! But you will hear surface noise typical with a Good+ grading.
The Vinyl is in Very Good condition, but has visual surface marks that will cause surface noise typical with a Very Good grading. Even with a Very Good grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticible during the quiet parts.Nice clean labels with minor spindle marks.
The sturdy cardboard gatefold cover is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings, ring wear, fading, and scrapes. There are no split seams. There is a small punch hole in the lower right corner that goes through the file folder and gatefold to the rear cover. There is some minor staining of an unknown origin at the bottom. Also has the initials T.H. written in pen in the upper left corner of the front cover.
This cover typically doesn't age well, because of all the delicate moving parts, but this one is in Very Good shape.
The LP is in a plain white inner sleeve.
The File Folder is still attached and is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to dings, scrapes, etc... There is some minor staining of an unknown origin at the bottom.
