Description
- Hard to find original 1956 Thumper Jones rockabilly 45 RPM “Rock It” b/w “How Come It” (Starday 240).
- This was recorded by George Jones in an attempt to cash in on the 1950s rockabilly craze prior to his becoming a country music superstar.
- The record retains most of the original gloss with some surface marks and sleeve scuffs. You should expect surface noise but it is not at all overwhelming and really only noticeable at the lead-in dead wax. There is one scuff on the "B" side that plays through without any audible distraction. There is a very slight edge warp that does not affect play at all and I hesitate to even mention it at all. The labels are in near mint condition.
