Description

Hi!  You are bidding on Hollywood Dream, an album by Thunderclap Newman.  The album was released in 1973 by Track/MCA, catalog number MCA-354.  The original album was released by Atlantic Records in 1970, catalog number SD 8264.  This copy is brand new, and still sealed.  It is a cutout copy, and has a saw cut near the top of the opening.  Remember the days when you could go in to Woolworth's and get cutout albums from the bargain bin?  Remember Woolworth's?
Thunderclap Newman were Andy Newman, Speedy Keen, and Jimmy McCulloch.  All are now deceased.  McCulloch was 15 years old when the record came out.  The album was produced by Pete Townshend, who also played (uncredited) bass on the recording.  This album contains possibly the best one-hit wonder song ever recorded - "Something in the Air."  The song is reverd by old hippies like me.
Songs are:
SIDE ONE:
Hollywood #1 The Reason Open the Door, Homer Look Around Accidents
SIDE TWO:
Wild Country When I Think The Old Cornmill I Don't Know Hollywood Dream  (Instrumental) Hollywood #2 Something in the Air
Winning bidder to pay $3.45 media rate postage in the U.S.  Personal cheque preferred; however, I also accept PayPal.  There is no holding period for cheques.  Please e-mail with any questions.
Good luck, and thanks for looking!
