Description

Blast back to the late 80's for this self-titled debut LP by the artist Tiffany, released in 1987 by MCA Records with catalog number MCA 5793.  This high-fidelity vinyl record is a 33 RPM Gloversville Pressing featuring synth-pop music.
The vinyl disc is graded Very Good Plus (VG+) as while visually it appears Excellent there are occasional ticks and pops during playback - most notably at the intro of the opening track.  Please see the video included in this listing.  The orginal cardboard jacket sleeve is graded Excellent with most of the original shrink wrap intact including a Hype sticker.  Please see the detailed photos included in this listing.
This is a collectible item from the 1980s era and makes a nice find for fans of Tiffany and 80s electronic pop music.

From Wikipedia... Tiffany is the debut studio album by American singer Tiffany, recorded when she was 14 and 15 years old, and released on June 29, 1987, by MCA Records. The album peaked at number 1 for two weeks in the US, making Tiffany the youngest female artist to achieve a number 1 album. Certified 4× Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), the album sold over seven million copies worldwide.
The album received mixed-to-negative reviews, criticized for its calculated and unoriginal production. It spawned five singles, including the international hits "I Think We're Alone Now", "Could've Been", and "I Saw Him Standing There". To promote the album, Tiffany embarked on a nationwide shopping mall tour to give 60 free performances, helping her gain a fan base. The mall tour concept proved influential; it was later adapted by Britney Spears, Jessica Simpson and 98 Degrees.
I played both sides of this LP completely through on my audio-technica AT-LP60XBT turntable without significant issues. There are some occasional ticks & pops - see the short video of the intro.  The majority of the record really plays well and sounds great.
