RECORD:  VG   Hairlines, light marks, sleeve marks.  Strong fidelity and volume.  Plays with background crackle throughout.    1958 Original. "RVG" in deadwax. Deep Groove Mono.

NM               Appears unplayed. No marks, scratches or imperfections. We rarely use this. 

VG++           May have low number (1-2) of minor imperfections that don't affect play. Examples: sleeve scuffs or superficial mark/scratch.

VG+             Has a few visible imperfections. Examples:  sleeve scuffs, light scratches or other smudge / marks. 

VG                More imperfections than a VG+, but nothing that will overpower music when played. 

VG-              Several visible imperfections and/or feelable marks. Expect audible surface noise to be present. 

G                  Multiple imperfections, may affect play.
